Ease Elbow Discomfort: Artik Med's Elbow Braces

ELBOW BRACES

The elbow is perhaps the joint on the body that is less prone to have pain caused by wear and tear. When pain does occur, it’s likely due to overuse, arthritis, or serious injury. Several sports, jobs, or hobbies that involve repetitive wrist or arm movements can lead to elbow pain.

Since three bones come together at the elbow joint, elbow pain may involve arm muscles, elbow ligaments, tendons, bones, and bursae. To ease pain and discomfort, medical elbow braces can provide stability and help you recover from injury.

Elbow pain can be due to:

  • One-time injuries from accidents or sports
  • Sprains
  • Gout
  • Arthritis
  • Trapped or pinched nerves
  • Tennis or golfer’s elbow
  • Stress fractures
  • Chronic gouty arthritis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Bursitis
  • Dislocations
  • Distal bicep tendon repair
  • Elbow ligament instabilities
  • UCL repair or reconstruction
  • Hyperextension
  • Total elbow arthroplasty and more.

You might need an elbow brace if:

  • Pain doesn’t go away with rest or ice.
  • Experience persistent pain that doesn’t go away even when you’re not using your arm.
  • Have difficulty bending your arm.
  • Feel pain or swelling during normal activities.

Our elbow braces are universal in size and feature multiple range-of-motion positions to offer comfort and support. If you’re not sure what product is right for you or if you’re eligible for insurance coverage, Artik Medical Supply will provide the guidance you need. We can even communicate with your doctor to determine the best wrist product for you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Elbow Braces

An elbow brace is a medical instrument that gives assistance and stimulation to the elbow joint in order to aid with pain relief and healing.

Elbow braces can help heal a variety of injuries, including tennis or golfer’s elbow, stress fractures, chronic gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, dislocations, distal bicep tendon repair, elbow ligament instabilities, UCL repair or reconstruction, hyperextension, total elbow arthroplasty, and more.

Elbow braces provide compression, support, and heat therapy to the elbow joint and upper forearm. This helps absorb the forces transmitted through the soft tissues to the point of pain outside the elbow, delivering a more steady flow of blood to the injured elbow, allowing the injury to heal faster.

The benefits of using an elbow brace include reduced pain, increased support and stability, improved range of motion, and faster healing time.

We offer a variety of elbow braces, including the Aryse Tru-Range Post-OP Elbow brace and the Aryse Tru-Range+ Post-OP Elbow brace, two of the finest models in the market right now.
